Peter Fowler Chief Executive Officer and Director

         Peter Fowler has been SIR's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") since 2004, a Director of SIR since 1992 and is the principal shareholder. He was President from 1998 to 2007 and was Executive Vice President, Operations from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Fowler was part of the team that created all of the SIR concepts and continues to focus on concept development, strategic directions, financing and growth initiatives. Mr. Fowler has been involved in the restaurant business since 1979 and is also a Trustee of SIR Royalty Income Fund and a Director of SIR GP Inc.

 
Corey Dalton President and Chief Operating Officer

         Corey Dalton joined SIR in 1992 and has been instrumental in SIR’s growth, development of the Concept Restaurants, management training and quality control.  Most recently as President of Canyon Creek, he led its emergence to the top end of the casual dinner house segment, with a strong foundation for growth.  Mr. Dalton was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2004 and now oversees the performance of all SIR Restaurants, as well as marketing, purchasing, human resources, information services, and legal services.  Mr. Dalton has been involved in the restaurant business since 1978.  Prior to joining SIR, he managed a 10,000 square foot food complex at Expo 1992 in Seville, Spain, was Director of Operations for Kelsey’s Restaurants, and was an Area Director with the Keg.  Mr. Dalton holds a BSc. Psychology, from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

 
Jeff Good Chief Financial Officer

        Jeff Good, CMA, MBA, has been with SIR for over seven years and played an integral role in launching the SIR Royalty Income Fund. Mr. Good has more than thirteen years of experience in various senior level accounting and finance roles within the restaurant industry in Canada.  Prior to joining SIR, Mr. Good was Vice President, Finance and IT, of Toronto-based Oliver Bonacini Restaurants, a leading operator of fine dining restaurants in the Toronto area. Prior thereto, he held financial management positions at: Borden Foods Canada Inc.; Mövenpick Restaurants of Switzerland; and, General Mills Restaurants Canada (now Darden Restaurants). Mr. Good holds a BA Honours, Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1992.
